My name is Thaisa Fernandes, I help businesses create products and programs. The scope of my abilities includes program, product, project management, team leadership and process development using Agile frameworks. I'm the host and producer of the Latinx in Power podcast.

Being an immigrant in tech in the past 9 years, I discovered how powerful it's to discover and learn about the journey of others. The Latinx community is an ensemble of unique identities and backgrounds, and I love when we come together.

The podcast Latinx in Power has the goal of demystifying tech by interviewing Latinx leaders all over the world to get their perspective, encouragement and insights. The Latinx in Power is a podcast, blog, email marketing, and an online store.
